Please Welcome Our New Accompanist, Jennifer Maxwell To The UUCR!

Dear UUCR friends and members,

The UUCR Pianist/Organist Search Committee is thrilled to announce that we have hired Jennifer Maxwell as our new accompanist. We were fortunate to receive 20 applications for this job, so we were able to choose from a very talented field of candidates.  Her piano skills, education and experience all combine to make her a prime candidate to work with us at UUCR. We also think that you will find her engaging and lively personality to be a great addition to our staff.  Jennifer has been unanimously approved by the Governing Board.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Iowa and her Master of Music degree from the University of Louisville.

She expects to finish her Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Boston University in spring of 2013. She is a classically trained pianist and piano instructor and is a well-respected performer. Among her work experiences is a six year stay as the pianist/organist at the Clifton Unitarian Universalist Church in Louisville, KY.

Welcome, Jennifer! We hope you enjoy working at our wonderful church home.
