This experience based program will allow participants to explore the gifts and challenges of aging in a safe and sacred space created over four weeks.  By connecting and listening closely to our minds, bodies and spirits, remaining open and receptive, the group will explore what it means to age.  Life review, journaling and mindfulness-based exercises will facilitate life review and life repair providing an opportunity to further synthesize and integrate life's wisdom.  We hope men and women of all ages will consider joining us on this meaningful journey certain to be filled with surprising gifts and insight.  Registration is required so please email the Church Office, call 781-944-0494, or sign up on Sunday at coffee hour.
