Administrative Operations

Under the guidance of the Governing Board, several lay-led teams support the operational responsibilities of the congregation.  The Finance Council, working with the Treasurer and Bookkeeper, facilitates the creation and periodic review of the budget.  The Personnel Committee ensures a positive relationship with our staff.  Our Nominating Team invites people to serve on the Governing Board.  Finally, various task forces are created as needed when the Governing Board identifies a particular need.  Rosemary Fiori, our Office Administrator, is the staff person who oversees much of the day-to-day administration of the church.
